need a deep teal to dark aqua eyeliner pencil

I used to love urban decay's discontinued mainline (temptalia's dupe is literally not a dupe). And Glossier Play Hardcore Velvet. They do not exist!

I need somethig pencil-y that i can use on my waterline. Sensitive eyes. Matte is ideal but I'd be fine with satin. I just dont want glitter, shimmer etc.
