Orders Not Showing Up

I have 142 hrs on the game, every main order, sub order and aid request has been completed. All of the standard orders of Mexico have been completed. However, I am missing one or more orders from the following:

1. Terminal Fort Knot

2. The Adventurer

3. North Distribution Center

4. South Fort Knot

5. East Fort Knot

6. Eastern Environmental Observatory

Anyone has any idea what might be causing this?
