Hello!

Has anyone had any charging issues with the cable that came with the 2026 BZ? I had the car for 3 weeks and I have been charging it at a Tesla Supercharge. Yesterday I had a certified electrician install an outlet in my garage so that I can charge the car with the level 2 portable charger that came with the vehicle. It looks like the portable charger only works when I use the level one charging adapter. When I try to use the level 2 charging adapter, the charging block blinks red four times. The manual shows error codes if the red light blinks either once twice or three times but it doesn't show a solution if it blinks four times. I contacted Toyota headquarters and they told me the outlet is the issue and I need to try a different outlet. I reached out on Facebook and someone was nice enough to let me use their outlet. So I had to drive 30 minutes to a random person's house to test out the portable charging cable. The cable did not work and it gave me the four red blinking lights again. I also went back to the dealership and they were unable to assist me because they don't have an outlet to test the portable charging cable and they are unable to send me a replacement cable since in their system they can't find the SKU or product barcode to be able to submit a warranty claim. I was wondering if anyone was having the same issue. I have attached pictures as well.
