Online Ads Receiving ~16% CTR; no sales yet for $5K+ item?

Own a hardscaping business. I put out a few online ads and in the last 48 hours they have achieved a combined 700 impressions and 65 clicks... I sell outdoor, luxury home decor items that range in price from $6800 to $11K+ ... The site is custom coded in HTML and allows users to design, schedule an installation date, and pay online within minutes.

Am I unrealistic for expecting a sale by now? I understand 65 clicks is a tiny sample in the grand scheme of things and a larger purchase like this may have take longer... Appreciate any insight.
