Should I pursue mass communications or stick to MBA?

Hi everyone,

I’m about to graduate in June with a B.Com (Hons) from LSR, and I’m feeling really confused about my next step..

Growing up, my dream was always to become an anchor especially in business/finance (something like a business news anchor). But I prioritized consulting as a more stable path. I’ve been trying to break into consulting, but it hasn’t worked out the way I expected, and now I’m reconsidering my original dream.

I’m unsure what to do next:

Go for an MBA and try to pivot later?

Or directly pursue journalism/mass communication?

Is there a way to enter business media with a finance background?

I don’t have a clear roadmap and would really appreciate any advice from people in media or finance.
