Professional Boundaries or Naturist Flexibility? Boss Sharing Hotel Room with Subordinate

In a recent podcast, a gentleman whom I believe is the owner or manager of a nudist resort introduced and interviewed a young, female employee who is joining him as a cohost . He mentions that the two of them travel frequently for business and often share a room. He mentioned that his wife doesn't mind, and that the room sharing is not an issue because they are both naturists.

This sent up some potential HR red flags to me. While I don't think there is an issue with two friends sharing a room, I can see potential issues for a male and female (boss and employee with a significant age gap) sharing a room and justifying it because the boss' wife wouldn't mind and they are both nudists.
