Hands Held High inspired by In Flanders Fields?

I was listening to Hands Held High today and thought about the title. To me it seems to resemble two lines from In Flanders Fields:

To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.

I'm not sure if this is just a coincidence, but just felt like sharing it lol.
