Hiiiiii!!!! So I am a therapist intern working to get hours for my LCSW!!! I just started doing therapy in January and am struggling! Before this, I did not have any experience with therapy! Grad school didn’t really prepare me for therapy. Do y’all have any resource recommendations to help or just like workbooks that have been helpful for you? I do have a dbt and a cbt workbook that I have read and use as guides and they are helpful!
