Repair or replace an older 7D?

I’ve not had much time with my camera recently and when I pulled it out today for an idea I had all of the images were out of focus and blurry. I tried a reset and going through the micro adjustments and three different lenses and it still has AF about 5 feet behind the subject. Even the micro adjustments didn’t get it as sharp as it was.

Seeing how it is 17 years old I was debating on getting something else and trying to trade it in to someone else that wants to work on it. But since I don’t really use it anywhere near as much as I had in the past I can’t see dropping a huge chunk of money on it. Nor can I see getting rid of it fully because I still have a lot of lenses and lights. What camera would you be looking at or is it worth it trying to repair this old one?
