What's the best way to sync logic pro with a tape machine, so that logic is a slave to the tape machine's click?

I want to use my 8-track tape machine record to record electronic music with multiple tracks. I only have one synth, which I can control via MIDI, so I'll need to record each track one by one. However, the tape's motor speed varies slightly each time, so I need some way to sync Logic Pro with a click track from tape machine.

To be clear, I'm trying to use a tape machine click track as the master clock, and Logic Pro as the slave. I'm hoping Logic Pro can sync with the click track and use MIDI to play the programmed synth part back into the tape machine in reel time. I plan to do this one at a time with each track in a song. Is there any way to do this, and what is the easiest way?
