Does anyone has experience with Vigara?

Hey, I wanted to last long with my girl. I can definitely pull off 3-4 rounds, and wanted to push my limits and always been curious. I was wondering how good does Vigara works? I know there are side effects, but are they that serious? Could anyone please suggest?
