Advice

My 2.5 year old son has been hitting, biting, pulling hair for a while now. He does it when he’s frustrated, excited, but also completely out of nowhere. He does it to my husband and I and also his cousins. We’ve tried so many different methods and nothing works. I honestly feel like a failure and just don’t know what to do. Anyone in the same boat or can offer any advice?
