From the moment I messaged them on Telegram, the whole process was smooth and welcoming. Friendly, prompt, and professional—no awkward waiting, no confusion. I browsed through the therapist profiles (yes, I admit, I got a little starstruck), and one name kept calling to me: Andrea. Her photo had this calm, confident energy—like she already knew how to melt my stress away. So I booked her, and wow… she did exactly that.
