Quit Vaping No appetite?

Hey everyone, I quit vaping about 5 days ago and I’m currently on the 21 mg nicotine patch. Since starting it, my appetite has basically disappeared.

I’ll still eat because I know I need to, but I just don’t feel hungry at all. No real hunger cues, and when I eat I don’t feel full or hungry. If that makes sense.

Has anyone else experienced a loss of appetite on the patch or after quitting vaping? Does it go away after a while?
