SoW | Questions about unique orcs with rare characteristics

So, I've been playing Shadow of War for a few days, first time - I'm level 35 and I can finally leave Nurnen. Yesterday I discovered that there are orcs with unique characteristics that you can create, such as The Machine, Flame of War, The Beast, and others; however, they would have to cheat death. I was informed that the limit of orcs of this type that can cheat death is only 5, and when I checked my account statistics, I saw that I already met 6 orcs that cheated death, meaning it's no longer possible for me to have this type of orc. This frustrated me a lot, it discouraged me from continuing with that account, and so I was wanting to start another game from zero so I could have the orcs. Is that true?

I'm quite interested in these kinds of orc characteristics, and I didn't want to miss out on having them.
