Table Border Style Help

So I am trying to change the border for tables to a scifi folder kind of look using the following image.

I spent some time digging and this was the code setup I found from another post that has an app for changing the color of the border

.classTable.frame {

background-color: #FFF;

color: #000;

border-image-source: url("https://i.imgur.com/RyOyBJK.jpeg");

}

.classTable tbody tr(:nth-child(odd)) {

background-color: #D4F7A1;

}

Any advice on how to get this image to work for table borders?
