Can I close Utkarsh SuperCard and apply of Kotak SuperCard?

I have been using Utkarsh SuperCard for 1.5 yrs now, I want to build credit relationship with Kotak Bank, if I close my Utkarsh SuperCard, will I be able to apply for Kotak SuperCard?
