What do you guys think? Should I start over?

I played the game back when it launched, and was very thorough up until the end of Act 2. But due to work and life, and having to move across the country, I don't think I've touched the game since January.

Do we think I should start the game over? It's been so long, and I'm sure that I need to refresh, which could just be dying a lot and getting back into the rhythm. Think I should do a bad ending run, and then pick up my through file at Act 2 and see where it is different?

Some challenges that I beat seem daunting to have to try again (SBF and that one rising lava room I did without wings).

Also, please keep Act 3, and maybe some Act 2 spoilers covered. I'm obviously spoiled a little bit just being on the Internet, but I'd still like to be surprised by what I haven't played yet.
