Looking for someone practice Speaking English with me

I am really tired of practicing speaking by myself.

Honestly, it is so boring and I can't bear it anymore.

I practice for 3 days, then stop for a month! , so no real progress is made.

I am very weak when it comes to speaking, so could I please find someone to practice with at least 3 days per week?
