Booked 2 rooms for a Mother’s Day cruise. Want to switch people

Booked a cruise w my mom, sister, niece and 2 aunts. Mom and I both get free cruises (casino comp). I’m in a suite, Mom has a balcony. Since sis and niece are going for free, we’re trying to figure out how to get Mom and I in my suite, sis and niece in Mom’s balcony room and deal with the swapping of sea pass cards. Anyone have a suggestion?
