Would you have forgiven abbey and Nora for the shoplifting situation

Abbey and Nora are the ones who convince ginny to shoplift but ginny is the only one that gets “caught” (in quotations because she didnt properly get caught, she was racially profiled). Ginny only shoplifted because abbey and Nora told her to. Obviously she didn’t have to but I’m sure in that situation she would’ve felt pressure to. I’ve been in similar situations before so I get it.

After Georgia comes along and rescues Ginny she asks the girls if they had any involvement and they say no and walk away. Not only do they convinced Ginny to steal, they also blame it all on her. I’d be furious. Ginny barely knows these girls and they do this to her. It’s fucked up to do it to anyone, but Ginny is a poc and can’t get away with things like that like white people can. Ginny basically instantly forgives them and moves on. Idk if I were her if I could forgive them like Ginny.
