Pop Culture American Trad Tattoo Artist Recommendations?

I have an ongoing sleeve of American tradional(ish) style tattoos of 90s kids pop culture - Power Rangers, Ninja Turtles, Pokemon, etc. I'm looking to expand on it and wanted to see if anyone had any artist or shop recommendations. Thanks!
