[TOMT][MOVIE] Canadian movie with strange reclusive person and noisy outgoing neighbour moves in next door

Saw this on an international air Canada flight I believe in 2020.

Very little dialogue and may have been a short film. Main character was essentially mute. A neighbour moved in next door that was very outgoing and at some point they smoked pot together in a backyard.

The main character would have panic attacks and a loud noise would happen in the movie when that happened. At the end the two go to a club and are trying to talk to ladies and the neighbor tells the recluse that they’re weird and they proceed to have a panic attack with that noise.

I believe it was a Canadian short film but not positive. Any help is appreciated! Been trying to find this for a long time.
