[Male, 37] Painless, slowly enlarging penile shaft nodule (~0.7-1 cm)

Hi, I’m looking for medical input regarding a penile bump.

History / Description:

• Location: left lateral aspect of penile shaft, approximately mid-shaft
• Onset: began as a very small palpable nodule (hidden under skin) ~2-3 months ago
• Progression: gradual increase in size to ~0.7-1 cm
• Consistency: firm, “ball-like”
• Depth: feels under the skin, but now partially visible as a raised bump

Associated symptoms:

• No pain or tenderness
• No discharge or ulceration

Other:

• No known trauma to the area
• No rapid growth — progression has been slow and steady
• No STD
