Fever but I'm not sick?

I went to the emergency room two days ago for a separate reason but they told me I was there that I had a fever of 100.2. Since then just gotten up to 99.6 and 99.2 which I know are low grade. I know they say you can run hot while pregnant so is this normal? I don't have any other sicknesses or illnesses on my blood work came back fine.
