Not completing purchase

Currently trying to buy something with Klarna and it is asking me to complete an additional identity check which is connecting my bank account. I do what it asks but it then just sends me back to the pay with Klarna screen in which if I press it, it just asks me to do the additional identity check. Never had to do this the 3 previous times I have used Klarna to purchase something. Any suggestions?
