Help with gas and a used tire. Anything helps.

Hey, all. Im looking for some assistance with gas and to get a used tire. I normally do uber but my tire blew out while doing a ride. I wasn't able to make a enough to get a used one to get back on the road. Also, help with gas because I had 0 miles when I started. I planned to make enough for gas & a tire until mine blew out. Thanks in advance. I will really appreciate this.
