Account locked for "verification" with zero warning.

Recently, my account was locked for "unusual activity" without any prior notice. This took my domain offline immediately, breaking weeks of work. To make matters worse, their verification email landed straight in my spam folder, so I didn’t even know why my site was down until I went hunting for it.

I’ve provided the payment descriptor they asked for to prove I’m a real person, but the communication is slow, and my services remain offline.

It is incredibly disappointing that a major registrar can just "flip a switch" and kill your productivity based on an algorithm, then take their time fixing it. If you have time-sensitive work or a live project, be very careful—you might find yourself locked out of your own business for weeks.

Has anyone else dealt with their Risk Management team recently? How long does it actually take for them to hit the "unlock" button once you provide the info?
