Family law question
CA: Santa Clara county.
I have lost full custody because I could not provide evidence at the recent court hearing. I had a very difficult time just getting the info on how to provide evidence. I paid for a consultation from the bar association and did not have the mental bandwidth to ask the questions necessary, because I was caring for our special needs child alone . Having to watch / transcribe the videos is not helping me recover from the abuse I documented. In the beginning of this month, he contacted our landlord and he asked to take his name off the lease, even though his family came several times to collect his belongings , they did not finish.
Can I provide evidence at another hearing?
Or file some kind of motion ?
I was served a paper that has a name, but was not signed ,by one of the firms associates not the respondents (they also sent it to the wrong department and had to forward it to the correct department less than an hour before the trial).
Is this form I was served still binding if incomplete?
The court has set the child support and visitation. I was outright threatened by the judge to agree to the proposal his lawyer made or I would not like the arrangement she makes .
What can I do next to keep my child safe ?
