Sanitizer without the soda?

At the moment I am using:

• Tide Odor Refresh free & gentle (fill 1)

• FEBU 7-Enzyme Booster (fill 1)

• Lysol Laundry Sanitizer free & clear (fill 2)

• Downy Rinse Refresh free & gentle (fill 3)

The Lysol isn't rinsing as well as I would prefer (even with the extra fill/rinse), as clothes are turning out slightly stiffer/rougher than without it. But I need sanitizer.

I suspect the excess soda is the root cause, since there is already some in the booster. Is there a good sanitizer without it?

Should I just go food-service grade? Lysol Professional No-Rinse Sanitizer is 10% dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and unscented, and it doesn't appear to be dyed pink like most of the others. It certainly looks less costly than the laundry version.
