Wrong row number on ticket

I bought tickets and was delivered ones with the wrong row that was stated on the listing. I'm trying to get a refund and have attempted to have multiple conversations with customer support. I have filed a dispute via Chase and they are having conversations with StubHub. Has anyone had similar circumstances? Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
