CareCredit surprise came in the mail today.

Someone opened a CareCredit account in my wife's name. A welcome kit with new card / account info from CareCredit arrived in the mail today. We did not request this.

However this happened. She has been in consultation with a DDS for some extensive Dental work. Initially she agreed to pay half and finance the other half. We changed our minds and told the DDS that we would pay the entire amount upfront.

I suspect the DDS had already initiated the financing with CareCredit and that's why the financing was approved and were notified today with a welcome kit. Whats the best way to cancel this CareCredit account?
