Pressure Settings

Hi. I’m wondering what pressure settings people would recommend for somebody who wants to utilise the effects different pressures can offer, but who also isn’t great at controlling pressure when using Apple Pencil. Basically, I need something that isn’t too sensitive because I don’t always have a steady hand, but something that still gives me a little wriggle room, if that makes sense. Thanks!
