Lower rates for “not active” calls?

Hi sellers! If a sub buyer messages you about a call, where you are asked to give orders only and you do not have to do any sexual activities or be nude, would you consider dropping your usual rates? Is it disrespectful if the buyer directly asked for a lower rate?

Please if you are a seller, tell me your opinion on this. It would be a big help, as I have been thinking about messaging sellers out of my “budget”, but did not as I do not want to disrespect them.
