How do you deal with in-laws that just rub you the wrong way?

My in-laws (age range 24-35) just overall rub me the wrong way, and unfortunately it’s just the women. The men have been very kind to me but the women have been a lot to try and navigate. Some try not to acknowledge my existence in the family (I think one wanted to date my husband but she’s with his cousin now) and others are hoping I don’t have kids with my husband and for my husband to cheat on me. It’s a bit of a nightmare and I’m trying to figure out what do I do? I’m 32 so I’m thinking with the younger ones I can just chalk it up to age. But do I keep my distance and brush it off my shoulder or do I address them? There is the aspect that my husband and I come from different cultures, so I have no idea if that plays a major role.
