Is it possible to use AI generated content to create new jobs? Why can't AI generated content expand the job market?

I know there are some companies like TopDeka.com and OutlierAi that are doing something like this. They have freelance moderators and editors managing AI generated content?

But can this actually have a large effect on the job market? Why can't AI content create new jobs? I have been thinking about this a lot.
