New ability: teather grapple, mister fantastic will shoot his arms out and teather to a location, then pull himself in, much like spidey's self pull when looking at the floor, it has a bit more range then all his other abilities. It has a 16 second cooldown due to being INCREDIBLY strong.

reworked ability: distended Grip, mister Fantastic on enemies it works EXACTLY the same, it can now be used on teammates and in tandem with grapple, allowing for him to grab, say, a Thing then grapple him into a poke character's face. also it doesn't boop teammates its more of a liveweaver pull from OW but with a shorter range and opting out (teammates can say no and cancel his pull too btw, but it auto says yes for mister F)

new passive: the smartest man alive, mister fantastic can double tap his moves now, (primaries, grip, Teather grapple, and his reflection)

Primary: if double tapped he'll slap the opponent after the first punch, dealing extra damage to bring his DPS up,

grip: he'll constrict his teammate/Enemy, shielding allies and blocking 50% heals to enemies (30% for tanks)

Grapple: Mister F can take grapple while he's dragging to the location to cancel it, which'll launch him much like how punisher can Zip line, although it has MUCHHH less momentum then a punisher Zipline due to moving a fair bit slower then the Spidey/Punisher ones.

Reflection: If timed CORRECTLY, he can just parry an attack outright, like just send the projectile back, much like DD's reflect, it requires timing due to having the safety net of invincibility and being a fairly big hitbox.

his new role: essentially, this Mister F is an attachment to dive/brawl much less then a brawl-tank, he's also mixing into support due to a lot of his value coming from bringing people to the enemies and supportive qualities along with having a bit higher damage, ofc this would be a little busted if all his current numbers are the EXACT same so that's why no damage numbers are put to anything.
