23F and would like to know opinions of moms and medical professionals please

hey beautiful people , i’m 23 F and 35w with twin boys , i would LOVE to have a vaginal unmedicated birth , but with twins i’m not sure if i can , my ob said it’s unlikely and probably we need to go for c-section , is it a cash grab ? did anyone had twins unmedicated ?

and i would also like to know tools yall used for laboring , mainly if u chose the unmedicated rout

oh and another thing , do u think its a good idea to labor at home as much as possible ?
