S25 Ultra Overheating

Customer states

I have a Samsung S25 Ultra that isn't holding charge properly but also refuses to charge via the charging port, it will charge via wireless charging BUT gets ridiculously hot when it does which in turn drains the chuffin battery........is there owt you can do for me?

any ideas? apart from obviously the charging sub board issue.
