Finest fiasco

So yesterday I opened a bunch of the 2026 finest football on the app. Noticed some of them were printable like many of you probably did as well. Went ahead and paid for a printing request for a couple low serial number cards I had along with a Finest Aura of Estevao Willian.

I then went ahead and sold the remaining digital only copy of one of the base black /35 that I sent in.

This morning, I wake up and read the message that it was a big screwup and they shouldn’t have been marked printable and are not printable. They also mentioned that the printing was refunded. The problem is the digital only copy that remained for one of the cards I sent for printing transition to printable again. The other one that I sold is just gone out of my account.

Reached out to customer service early this morning, 10 hours later no response. It is said that I’m next in line for the last four hours. I think with the time difference from US to UK I probably won’t get a response until Monday morning now.

Trying to decide if I should go ahead and buy the card back, hoping that they will make it right and credit me for the purchase.
