help me pick a motherboard

I dont know what else to do, my unraid system can't go longer than 24 hours without a crash.

The only thing that I haven't replaced is my motherboard, cpu, and PSU, so lets start with the motherboard.

Currently I have a MSI Z790-P wifi DDR4

Needs

• LGA 1700 (12700k)
• 2.5gb connection
• DDR4 ( 2 sockets is fine )
• min. 3 m.2 slots, 4 is ideal.
• Ideally 6 sata connections, but I can get an HBA card if not.
• Budget of around $200

I won't be doing anything too crazy with the system, just normal NAS use. No overclocking or anything like that. Kinda want the bare minimum I can get for nas use without compromising stability.
