[TOMT] [ANIME] [Early 2000s] probably a post credit scene featuring 2 chibi cats

looking for the source of a specific animated scene I saw in a AMV, I think in 2009. I remember it being the "outro/credits" scene of a multi-anime video titled "Anime Love - We Believe" (with the sogn by Good Charlotte)

Two stylized, bipedal cats. One is White, the other is Orange (possibly striped/tabby).

They were very stylized and rounded, but with thin lines.

Their paws/arms are shaped like "small baguettes"—long, cylindrical, and smooth, with no visible fingers or toes. The background is a solid black.

One of the cats sighs (a physical speech bubble/cloud appears). They interact with a dandelion/blowball, maybe they did a little dance. At the end, they hold paws
