PS3 Super Slim not recognizing HFW update from USB stick – "No applicable update data was found"

Hey everyone, I've been trying to install HFW on my PS3 but keep running into an issue and can't figure out what's wrong.

**My setup:**

- Console: PS3 Super Slim CECH-4004A

- Current firmware: OFW 4.93

- HFW version: 4.93 (downloaded from ps3xploit.net)

- File size: 205.9 MB

**What I've tried:**

- Two different USB sticks (128 GB and 16 GB), both formatted as FAT32

- Correct folder structure: PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

- Correct file name (verified with file extensions visible in Windows)

- Both USB ports on the console

- Full power cycle (unplugged from wall)

- Formatted the 16 GB stick via Windows, the 128 GB stick via guiformat

**The problem:**

When I go to Settings → System Update → Update via Storage Media, I always get the message "No applicable update data was found."

Everything seems to be set up correctly but the PS3 just won't recognize the update file. Has anyone experienced this with the CECH-4004A specifically or have any ideas what could be causing this?
