What are the best psychological thrillers that are filmed in the 90’s or early 2000’s?

I’m looking for recommendations for psychological thrillers from the 90s or early 2000s—those with strong atmosphere, unexpected twists, and deep character tension. I really enjoy films like Se7en and The Sixth Sense, so anything with a similar vibe would be great. Let me know your best suggestions!
