I (25F) found a hair on my bf (32) chest that wasn’t mine

I’m super confused has anyone ever found a hair that wasn’t yours on your boyfriend? I have straight dark hair and there was a blonde curly hair on his chest. We were about to get in the shower when I saw it. He was with me last night but for the past few nights he wasn’t and we spent a few nights apart while he was on a work trip. He hasn’t gotten defensive and has been laughing about it saying I’m reading too much into it and maybe I am??? He’s never given me any signs of indefinitely and he’s always been super loyal, and even offered to take pictures of his coworkers to prove they don’t have blonde hair lol (which I told him was unnecessary) I just want to know if something like this is possible instead of assuming he was unfaithful. Thoughts?
