Brakes issue

I had recently removed all my brakes to do a simple cleaning and put them back on, nothing I haven’t done on many cars before but now all of sudden my brakes make so much noise hard to pin point which ones but now my pads move and make a knocking sound when going from front to reverse or vise versa and they squeak/whistle so much! Wear is still about 7/8 all around. I have a MK7.5 GTI Autobahn with Performance Package brakes. Has anyone ever experienced something like this or know the issue?
