1. Kraven the hunter, most likely a duelist but I could work as a vanguard.

He could be a character able to put multiple traps that are able to track hyper mobile characters as well as having multiple of tools like tracking with wall hacks, tranquilizing dards and nets to be a bully of divers.

And let's be real, it is very thematic for him to be character hunting down the spidermans, black cats and black panthers of the game.

2. The Leader as a strategist

I remembered this guy from the avengers cartoon and I thought how he could be an amazing anti dive strategist.

I imagine him having a gamma blaster or gamma ray gun with a damage mode and a healing mode similar to rocket racoon.

He could create a cloud of gamma radiation or throw some kind of gamma bomb that poisons and exhaust enemies making them unable to use mobility abilities or avoid abilities on cool down to charge or reload automatically, destroying divers combos muscle memory. Funnily, the hulk jump would not be affected because it doesn't use a cool down lol but could destroy characters that relied on timing escape tools and combos.

Another completely sadistic ability I thought of a defensive ability where he surrounds himself with gamma radiation giving himself special temporarily hit points, when this hit points are damage, they reflect the double damage taken to enemies at short range as gamma radiation, punishing big amount of melee burst damage. I imagine him saying something "don't touch me inferior mind" when used lol.

As a catch he may not have good mobility, his head is also very big so he may have a passive similar to Jeff or keep that as a weakness.

I don't know about his ult, he may be able to call another gamma mutant with small chance to get into the game, like the white fox transformation but as a summon instead of a transformation, like a big body guard, it could even summon the abomination since he has little chance of getting into the game due similarities with hulk and other brawl characters but this may upset abomination fans.

The team up idea would be something like "Gamma villains" or something like, it would give Namor his old green squid (it makes way more sense to the leader to give that to Namor) and would give Magneto bubbles his gamma radiation damage reflection reflection at short distances capabilities.

3. Modok as a vanguard

Besides being able to be another shield tank which the game also needs, his psychic capabilities could be very good for anti dive.

Maybe he is able to grab telekinetically under certain conditions, maybe he can do that enemies with low health near him so they don't escape or he needs to land some kind of projectile first on light weight enemies (not vanguards).

He could also have some kind of psychic wave that again, could exhaust enemies and shoot down mobility abilities or their cool downs.

Another idea is that maybe he is able to summon AIM drones or turrets, this turrets, unlike Namor ones, would be restrained to close range, acting as protection of your backline and instead of doing pure damage, they may shoot some kind of beam or come that debilitate enemies. (Imagine being on the same team as Penny lol)

Because he is %90 head, his headshot zone may be the red gem on his forehead instead.

4. Ice Man, could be a vanguard or duelist.

This guy powers completely smell to CC, he could slow down divers and other melee characters, create temporal ice armor for their teammates or create slippery ice surfaces or a slow down zone.

What do you think?

This game need more anti dive characters (like Namor, Bucky and Think) Give me your more sadistic ideas for anti dive heroes they could introduce, here are some I just have on a brainstorm.
