NOC Tech looking to upgrade my skills and pay

So I work remotely from home doing NOC tech duties, not too advanced though. Things like first line remediation of servers and backup servers going offline, disk clean ups, services being missing or stopped or disabled, installing failed auto installs of programs like CrowdStrike, Arctic Wolf, Perch. Those are the crux of what I currently do. I am wondering what I can really specialize in and take courses in to get certified and to be able to jump positions in my company to make more money. I have access to apps like Auvik, Crowdstike, Liongard, Meraki, Perch, and Cisco Umbrella via 365.
