I get frustrated that its so much easier for men to be vegan.

Health

About half of woman don't get enough iron whereas men often have too high levels of iron to the point donating blood is actually healthy for them whereas its a fast track for aneamia in women.

Men also need way more fiber than women which is provided on a vegan diet.

Despite this the vast majority of vegans/vegetarians are woman.

I'm always getting 300g bags of spinach and cooking it down to get iron as well as supplementing religously because I'm prone to aneamia if I don't think about these things.

I also would love to donate blood more and I would a lot more if I was a man.
