3 days ago I had a bad case of diarrhea (stomach flu) so I took 2 Loperamide HCI tablets 2mg. Diarrhea immediately stopped with an hour of taking the meds, but I haven’t pooped since. I typically poop daily, so I’m fairly concerned. I’m not in any pain or discomfort but am I in any danger? I was thinking about taking one of these tonight:

1 - Lactulose Solution USP

2 - Milk of Magnesia

Which one would you recommend?
